Maven Apartments

I am truly pleased with my apartment at Maven. The office staff is always friendly and polite even if I pass them in the halls. Maintenance requests have been handled as quickly as possible. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a pleasant place to live.

My experience living here was not the greatest. I’ll start from when I moved into my unit. The freezer broke twice within a week of moving in. My food went bad since I didn’t notice till later on and was told everything was good to go. Then later on I found out they have a homeless issue. I’ve seen homeless people sleeping in the lobby where packages were picked up and in the parking lot. And I heard from some people that they were in the hallway right outside their door The apartment is dirty with clothing, food, pet waste, and other liquid substances. In some cases you can smell marijuana and just a terrible stench in the hallway. I’ve gotten emails about people having their dog pee and poop on the grass tarp that’s used for people. They never told me how to use the buzzer machine to let

Living at Maven was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the maintenance staff was always helpful and kind, and our move-out process was pretty smooth—we received our full security deposit back. However, there were several challenges that impacted our overall experience. Security was a concern, as my bike was stolen from the parking garage after not being informed of the proper bike storage area. The property was not always well-maintained, with frequent trash around the parking lot and entryway, drawing on walls, and spills that were never cleaned. Inside our unit, we encountered issues upon move-in, including a broken dishwasher, mold in the sink, an unclean washing machine, and paint splatters on various surfaces. My experience at Maven was mediocre until Alexis started working for Maven. I have had a few questions and she has been super friendly and knowledgeable; always willing to help. She would be an excellent candidate to manage this property. Always great to have someone friendly and helpful, hope she stays around.

One of the best apartments I’ve been to. This would be my 3rd. Once the lease is up, me & my girlfriend would like to buy our first house. The brand new building is modern, & the amenities are good. Would have been nice to see a pool here, but you give some you take some. The party room is very nice considering the previous apartment didn’t have nearly as much room, & didn’t have a kitchen with running water or anything to wash dishes with. Just a room. This one has a fridge, sink, and games. Elevators are fast & quiet. Elevators. Yes there’s 2! Rooms are tiny but for 1-2 people it’s perfect. & the people that live here are all teenage, younger college students too so the atmosphere & people here are super nice! 10/10 would recommend.
