The Pines of Burnsville

Went for a tour last week, although there’s a couple things stopping me from renting which is no elevator or underground parking, I would have definitely considered it with it being one of my top 3 options as far as the layouts and space in the apartments The office staff I believe was Kimberly and the property manager Lara were very helpful and friendly 10/10 definitely would recommend to others! Low prices as well

My spouse and I moved into the Pines yesterday and we had nothing but a good experience with the lease signing process and getting things ready in order to move in. Our leasing agent Laura was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. We had very bad experiences when trying to tour nearby properties and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Laura and the Pines' management as a whole. It's a very nice apartment and it feels like home already.

I’m currently renting an apartment and have been for the past 9+ months. Thru out this time ive had to deal with the worst conditions and problems. I’ve had cockroaches more than once from other units, when it snows they don’t even plow or throw salt down, my car has gotten stuck multiple times now because of this it’s not even safe to walk on the sidewalks without falling. I’ve had more than 5 different leaks , with the most recent one no one has followed up with me regarding even fixing it. When I initially moved in the maintenance technicians left their to do list behind, on the list was something that said “cover water damage in master bath” so they know they have water damage all over and refuse to deal with the problem instead they just paint over it and rent it to the next person.

Still one of my favorite places to live, I'm sure other people have mentioned that there have been some issues with staffing but I have really appreciated Missy, the temporary property manager that steps in when ever they are looking to fill their office space. not to mention every manager that they have hired is understanding and creates a positive environment. The Maintenance guys are down to earth and good at what they do. yes my building had cockroach issues and I know that can freak some people out but honestly they weren't that big of a nuisance. pest control comes out every week and as long as your neighbors do their part they don't still around for long.

I enjoy my apartment and the office staff has always been very courteous. The building I am in is pretty quiet, but when there has been a noise complaint or someone smoking inside, they handle it quickly. There have been lots of ups and downs in the several years I've been here regarding maintenance though. Almost everything requires several requests and several visits for them to fix properly. They have trouble keeping maintenance staff, and last I heard they had 90 outstanding work orders. The call box for the front door for my building hasn't worked to buzz people in for about a month. Having to go to main door of the building to let people in is not convenient, especially for people with disabilities or with small children. The carpets and ceilings in the hallways are badly stained
