The Woods of Burnsville Apartments

Bahaha yall had an ICE raid!! Guessing they got in cause the doors are already open bahaha Another warning. The woods charges you interest in your deposit for the apartment. They take out 63 dollars for interest and 8 bucks for service fee. This is extremely uncommon. This will be reported to the city and the news. Warning to everyone signing a lease. When you leave you’ll be hit with a 400 dollar bill for the first 6 weeks of gas, water, sewer trash etc. This is extremely uncommon practice for apartments. Very uncommon. I’ve lived in apartments before this one and never heard of this. This is how they get more money out of you. Be careful with this place. Our new place does charge us for the first six weeks. This place doesn’t charge you for the first six weeks for utilities and such. T

This place is extremely dirty. Garbage chutes are constantly overflowing. People also leave their garbage outside of their rooms. Wrappers and other garbage all over the hallways. The washing machines and dryers are completely unreliable and it smells in the laundry room. I have also been towed from my parking spot while having a rental vehicle for the night which caused me to have to pay around 500 dollars to get the vehicle back. We also pay for the lockers for packages that are frequently put in the wrong location which results in them being stolen. Or the package room smells like rotten food due to people ordering food and leaving it.

Great experience at The Woods of Burnsville Apartments. Jada was nothing short of phenomenal to work with—she was friendly, flexible, understanding, and very easy to talk to throughout the process. Customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re apartment shopping in Burnsville.

I love my home here. I definitely recommend the woods of Burnsville. It’s very nice and clean. Maintenance does a good job! Lots to do around town.

I’ve lived there for 2+ years I will say the only true and nice people is Mo and Jake the repair man . Everyone else is not . These are cheap apartments for the area for a REASON okay low income people are going to trash the halls and live disgusting. So many wild dogs on this property as well it’s like section 8 I’m not saying these experiences to one be mean or hateful it’s just 100% not worth living here at all it’s beyond unacceptable living conditions I don’t recommend living here because of the people who live in these apartments! Cops and fire department are always there! Don’t take me word for ask people around the Burnsville neighborhood how they truly feel about this property please do yourself a favor and look at the property before signing a lease times are though but not livin
