Dakota Station Apartments

First day here my home! Shoutout to Maria!truly appreciate your help.

I have lived here for almost 10 years now and I am very pleased with Mary and the management are very loving, caring, kind and so are the neighbors. Homes are renovated and they always make sure you are well taken care of. I have raised my 6 children here and it has been amazing. Clean and affordable apartments. Well behaved neighborhood and very diverse too. The views are also very outstanding. On one side of the apartment, you can see the Downtown Minneapolis skyline and on the other side you get to see the beautiful sunsets from your balcony.

I have lived here for over 10 years and I absolutely love my apartment. I love the manager Mary! She is very very nice. And Nikki works in the office and she's a doll too. All the maintenance men are very nice and they make sure that they don't leave till whatever you needed done is done.

Beware. Management favors only certain residents. Maintenance will never fix your things the right away. Management will harass you, and try to rip you off out of money just because the assistance didn't write up paperwork correctly. Even though there was emails that proved we agreed on something. They also entered our unit without notice. Kids are out of control there. They ride bikes in the hallways. People are loud and noisy. And it is always messy inside. Very awful place to live. The only plus was that the apartments themselves are very nice looking.

For the price you pay the apartments are really nice! Management is so nice too....just wish the office had evening or weekend hours. they operate a 9-5 deal and its hard when you work M-F. My only complaint is that there are so many residents that are just too noisy. Kids that live here have no respect for anyone or the property, and cannot follow the rules. Running and screaming in the halls, loitering on the property, defacing the property, i've even caught teenagers trying to steal packages left at my front door.
