I’m extremely disappointed with the construction of my home. From the start, it was clear that little to no attention was given to proper design, measurements, or basic building codes. My home does not have a mailbox (a community parcel box), the plumbing had a leak, and the electrical panel had faulty connections. Additionally, the stairs are a safety hazard. The risers are uneven, the treads are inconsistent in depth, and there's a noticeable wobble in the in the stairs. Walking up or down feels unsafe, especially for kids or elderly family members. Jim Engel started coming to our townhouse years before we would buy from him dropping off Vikings schedules and we would have great conversations and built a great relationship.
