River Pointe Apartments

To reiterate what someone else said, they are very cunning in their actions. They didn't like the fact that we were grandfathered in and paid lower rent, so they made up an excuse that our children drawing on the walls are a huge problem, we offered to buy the paint and paint it. They made the excuse, "Oh no, we'll take care of it." and then it came time for the least to be done, we couldn't go anywhere, because someone had backed out of renting to us. They said they didn't want any monetary compensation, took us to court and just wanted us out, come to find out later, they had gone behind our backs and took us to court again and now some how we owe 3000 dollars. This is not the best place to live. Sly and greedy!

really nice but when we first moved there were some kids above us that just wouldn’t stop running and jumping but they stopped now they still do it at night sometimes though . other than that i love this place .
