If you need a quality home built at a very good price I would recommend Value Build. They did an amazing job. They did it as timely as they possibly could. And Kevin Coats, the contractor was very thorough. He had everybody lined up. And for the things that I needed to do as the homeowner Kevin as well as everybody else with the company did a good job of explaining to me and helping me get things done. It’s a beautiful home and well built. I would definitely do it again.

Kevin helped me out and got me in touch with some people in the area for things that needed to be done to pass the next inspection to keep things moving smoothly. Wonderful experience with a couple of hiccups like the garage, I wanted it wider not longer, I didn’t want the backsplash on the countertop but they did provide accommodations and it looks fine and I wanted black cabinets but the deep dark brown looks fine. The VBH team was very helpful and didn’t miss a beat. Kevin Coats the builder was absolutely amazing. He kept me updated and informed every step of the way. We had daily conversations for different stages of the build and he provided weekly reports. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about the needs of the home owner and his job… Kevin Coats was a blessing for me until the end.
