Sea Coast Rentals

When we recently discovered a major water leak on the property we are renting through Seacoast Rentals, we were more than pleasantly surprised at the incredible response we received from Wendy and Sharon! They immediately dispatched a plumber and the issue was resolved in a matter of a few hours, not several days! Wendy kept in constant contact with us through the whole process! We are so impressed by the genuine concern and sense of urgency to our situation. How refreshing it is to encounter the professionalism and kindness that Wendy and Sharon exhibited! They are true gems!

Wendy and Sharon are, first of all, very nice friendly people who care about their customers. I have had contact with Wendy and Sharon several times in the past and have always found them to be very helpful in resolving issues and answering questions related to my rental. They have always been very prompt in calling me about my maintenance requests and following up afterwards to make sure the issue is resolved. Have been renting with them for over 3 years! By far the best rental company we have ever went through, the are kind, understanding, and empathetic. My family truly appreciates all of their hardwork!
