What a Great experience with Frances and Whit. We heard of her through another Home owner in Ocean Isle. She and Whit together were available to show us Homes in Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach. A Home became available in the Lake Tree Shores community and Frances did a Video walk thru for us. She gave us insight for an offer on the Home we purchased and the offer was accepted. Frances arranged through her contacts our Home inspection , exterminators and even a plumber that came out the day of closing to repair a small issue. Frances and her team and stayed in touch with us through email and phone conversations while we were at our Home in Weddington NC.
