I visit so many homes from many different developers but something about this home from Logan, it was like an aww moment. For us. Went to visit This community with no appointment whatsoever I walked in and there was Stephanie. She listen to my husband and I as we were both worried because we didn’t know much about North Carolina. When we saw our home, wow so good to say that . We knew that was the one and we didn’t even think to long that we purchase the home . If you are considering new construction in the ocean aisle, beach and Shallotte area, you must take the time to visit this community before it’s too late.

Thank you Stephanie Yousefnejad with the purchase of my Logan home in Village Green. To have a new home only minutes from our beaches and in a neighborhood with original landscape and yards you can definitely stretch your legs . Some nights you can hear the ocean ! A hidden gem for sure .

I met with Kaitlyn at Village Green, the community is beautiful. The homesites are spacious and the houses are great quality. I am 100% going to take a look!
