I'd give them zero stars if I could. They ripped down the old playground before I moved in. Told me on the tour it'd be replaced. It was replaced with a community garden instead of a playground. The community garden is tiny compared to the overall size of the complex, and you have to register and pay additional fees for the plot. There are always pet droppings in the grassy areas despite management sending out constant emails about it. So if you have kids and you want them to play outside at all, the pool is a good choice, but otherwise, you're stuck looking for a local park. If you sign a lease on Monday and die on Tuesday, these grifters absolutely will go after your bereaved relatives for your rent payment until they re-rent your unit. Sidewalks throughout and feels like a community. The floor plan of my apartment and how both bedrooms have a bathroom in each is unique. Love the open floor plan and the utilization of space with lots of closets. The pool in the summer is fun and we are so close to everything at this location.

I love my little home! The property is nicely upkept, the location is convenient and the team works really hard to be accommodating and plan resident events. Shout out to Samantha for always being quick to address my needs. The rest of the team is just as wonderful!

I’m very happy here. Quiet, peaceful and so very convenient to Wal Mart and food sources (walking distance). Landscaping is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The yard keepers are diligent about upkeep. Maintenance right there if asked or requested. Office management sweet, professional, and very observant when riding or walking around. Washer and dryer big plus along with garbage disposal. Allowed to have our cat and dog. Thank you. Now can I get a coupon for a milkshake at Cook Out?
