Great place to live. People in the office Mrs. Janet and Mr. Karl are very helpful. My parents lived here about 20 years.

Hi my name is Rebecca Daniels and I called at 10:45 am to get an application into the apartment the lady I was on the phone with was very rude and unprofessional and discrimination as well I explained my situation to her and the apartment complex is near my job (wendys ) since its base on income and my boyfriend got out of prison and she said no sorry we cant have a criminal here it's discrimination and then i ask her what if it is only just me there she said we don't have any room in a mean way and then I said do you know any based on income apartment she was really mean about it as well so I have a bad experience

The lady that works in the office was very rude to me when I went there to get an application to apply for an apartment. I spoke to her over the phone before I went there. She stated there was no waitlist and there were apartments available. Then when I got there to pick up the application, she informed me that you have to make an appointment to submit the application and there were not any appointments for 2 months. She refused to give me an appointment to submit the application while I was sitting there in the office. I had to leave, fill out the application and call back to make the appointment to submit the application. The lady in the office seemed very annoyed that I didn't already know how their particular process to apply for an apartment worked and had asked a question about it. I

Seems to be a wonderful, affordable place to live. My name is on "the list" ... like #50.

I would love to move in one of these. I will be giving birth on June 28, 2021, this would be a great place to start a family.
