Reserve At Stonegate Apartments

I have lived at this property for the past four years. The Reserve at Stonegate is a decent place to live. The apartments are spacious and there is access to a workout room and pool that is nicely furnished. The community is fairly quiet and grounds are kept quite decent. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and if follow-up is needed staff respond promptly. The property manager has been here since I have been here which adds stability to the community. Buildings are kept secured with code access. The current office manager Bijon has been helpful and displays a care for residents. I would recommend this property as a place to live.

Nice place to live. Management was always professional, prompt, and attentive to my needs. Maintenance came fast to fix things. Very quiet and safe— Great for taking walks and a nice neighborhood to raise kids. I enjoyed my stay for two years. I would give it 5 stars if they had modern upgrades. The apartments are a bit outdated aesthetically, but if that kind of thing doesn’t matter to you, I’m sure you will love your experience at the Reserve.

i am a current tenant and have been living here since 2021. I’m going to talk about my personal experience with Reserve. i’ll start with the cons Cons: -sometimes maintenance doesn’t fix the problem at hand until you bug them enough. we had an issue with our washer/dryer making loud noises and maintenance came to fix it 3 times. It took until it was leaking water for them to completely replace it. -mold. my husband and i noticed we were getting sick a lot more often than usual and discovered a big patch of mold by the air vent behind our couch. Maintenance came the next business day and took out the piece of wall that had it and patched it up (over the course of a couple days) and it was fixed. there was also mold on our bathroom ceiling from them using the wrong kind of paint in the bathr

You won't see your security deposit back once you signed your lease agreement. We stayed there for 2 years, always kept the appartment clean, never did any damage to the property. Overall it's a nice and quiet place to stay , but management is doing their shady business not returning money to their residents. Also be aware of the poor maintenance, they will always find an excuse for not fixing/replacing anything. We were fighting for over the year for the dryer to be replaced cause it wasn't drying our clothes which ofcourse caused extremely high electric bills that we had to pay out of our pockets

I lived here for 2 years and just moved for work. Never had problems with pests, maintenance is very quick and pleasant, office staff is great. My apartment itself was very spacious, large in-unit washer and dryer, each unit has it's own water heater. Quiet area surrounded by trees, parking is always easy. Good spot
