Very Bad place to live. There is no maintenance people come to fix stuff. Every couple of month they changing property manager. They charged hidden fee without you know. Horrible management. Apartment is not clean. All there property is like that. If you want to talk management there is no phone number or no where to find anyone. They keep increasing rent without any time frame. Please find better place to live then this unorganized, messy place. Very very BAD Apartment. All there location is horrible. I don't want to give any Star but they are lower then one star. They cannot be trusted. Mr. Owner its not about communication issue, you make my friend moving out from your property because you asking him couple of month rent in empty apartment and all your hidden fee. You asking $3000 plus

No one likes moving but my experience moving in at renew apartments was great. I love the specious 1 bedroom, my apartment is close to the elevator so that made moving easier. I received a welcome home basket with made my decision to move with renew a great choice.

My second year here and it is still an all around great apartment complex... Its a clean and safe environment for my kids to come and visit me at. Rosa has been absolutely great and has been very kind and professional as well and the same for Matience also. I'm glad I applied and reside here now! Thanks Renew!!! 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Oh and by the way... This is not a fake review that Renew asked me to provide for them. I have NEVER seen mice feces or roaches in the hallways... EVER! This is a absolute Very REAL honest review... So believe what you will.

If I could give it a zero, I would I lived there for three years. The rent started at 1300 and then this last year when they wanted me to renew it was gonna be $1800 for what crap your apartment maintenance never gets anything done elevators always smell bad. The hallway is always smell like marijuana and garbage. The stairs are always full of trash. People don’t clean after themselves management is nonexistent. The office is always closed so even if you complain or have a maintenance issue and never gets fixed honestly I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying here at all. Stay away as possible. All they have to offer is a pool and that’s it. They are always stealing the packages out of the rooms. The police is always there because it’s either they’re stealing cars or stealing something in the

Dirty carpet and people don’t pick up after there dog crap and smoking and doors need to be fixed. People leave there trash on weekends over flow. Bad smells like in the Hallways!!! Just don’t rent from this place I wish I would have never signed a lease here again!! After living here for years this is the worse company that took over!! Don’t move in this place!!!
