Our experience with Carole Lafitte of RE/MAX All Pro was not only deeply unprofessional but raises serious ethical and fiduciary concerns that merit attention. As qualified buyers, we reached out to Ms. Lafitte to arrange a showing of her listing prior to submitting an offer — a routine and entirely appropriate step in the homebuying process. To our surprise, she flatly refused, claiming there was a legal prohibition against showing the property without our buyer’s agent present. For clarity: our sister-in-law is a licensed real estate professional and our designated buyer’s agent, a fact we stated clearly from the beginning. In 2008 I bought a home with Linda Patterson, and will never forget how she disappeared a few days before escrow closed, I called the office and they told me she had left town and went to Hawaii, she did not even leave an assistant to help me or anything, I had to take off work go to the office to get my keys and no one was aware of the sale transaction, trash was left in the backyard of the home, I had to clean up and I was devastated my first home, the worse part of it all was, I made a mistake and entered into the transaction without a Realtor, so she was paid from both ends Seller, and Buyer, just thought I would write this review because she did me a favor and other bad real estate agents I had ran into, I have decided to be one myself so this will never happen again I can actually he

Daniel was one of 3 agents interviewed to sell my property. The property had to sell fast as I had purchased another home. All three agents were prepared and had their real estate packets and so on. Daniel was all facts and numbers regarding other properties in the area and did a fine job of explaining the market at that point in time and my area. He stated that if his recommendations were followed, the property would sell in two weeks. I trusted he knew his business and his numbers were on par with the research I had done. Needless to say, the property had an offer two days after going on the market and another offer on the 3rd day. Both offers were slightly more than the listed price. I always felt they had my best interest at heart, and made the whole process a lot less scary.
