I would like to thanks Ms Nikki for being so caring and extremely kind to me. She has done a great job at managing the property. She’s very proactive she listens to the tenants concerns and acts promptly to our request.

I want to give a huge thank you to Miss Nikki at Red Creek Wine Apartments. I’ve been here almost six years, and I have never experienced management as caring, dedicated, and genuinely supportive as she is. She goes above and beyond for the residents, and it truly shows in everything she does. I’m so grateful for her heart, her professionalism, and the way she truly cares about this community. Ms. Nikki is absolutely AMAZING she’s made being apart of a community being just what it is a FAMILY. She’s well respected and add great value to the community from the events to just being her a kind spirit, she’s not just a leasing manager she’s a mother to those who don’t have one and her advice, her strength her presence is a blessing.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! If you care about your health, safety, or finances DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am suffering from credit issues, anxiety and PTSD after living in these apartments. Criminals flock to these residences, men stayed prowling my back door, you can’t receive mail here, you have to pick it up on 2 specific days out the week from the post office because the boxes get broken into, you pay a valet trash fee but your trash doesn’t get picked up, it looks like a landfill at the entrance, trash is always overflowing creating an eyesore and a complete unsanitary environment. Rodents the size of dogs roam the premises, people that don’t live there come park and sleep in their car because the gate is always open and broken. If you drive anything decent Your car will get
