I wish I could give these people zero stars because that’s what they deserve. They are absolutely horrible people to rent through. They do not care if you need anything fixed in the house you are renting even though “let us know we will make a work order” and they never make a work order. You have to call multiple times to get anything done. I wish I could say I was done dealing with them now that I don’t rent through them but that’s not the case it’s been 3 months since I have lived in their house and they still haven’t given me the money they owe me. Short story their works went to the house after we moved out and used well over $300 in utilities ( I have spoken to the utility place and have proof that the usage of electricity was done after the day we moved out. They respond to service requests well. They NEED to update their online payments. It's 2025: a "convenience fee" to pay online should be criminal. Over $35 in convenience fees a year for a bank draft. About $60 in fees if using a debit card. On top of rent that is grossly inflated in Troy.

I wish I could give no stars for this place . The first picture is the tub when I first moved in to which they said would be fixed and never was leading to mold moving to the walls . Windows leaking , no windows opened due to be sealed shut which was a major fire safety hazard . Trees falling in my yard to which they never came to remove . I was so sick the entire stay due to all the mold that kept popping up . They wouldn’t fix the issues and wouldn’t allow me to move and wanted me to find someone else move into a hazardous house . My wife and I rented from this company for a year and a half for our first place together and our experience was fantastic. We were mostly left unbothered and never had any big issues. They also helped us when we calculated our bills wrong one month and helped us get it straight. Sadly, our rent went up a little higher than we would have hoped but we would definitely do business with them again! Everyone I’ve had the chance to interact with has always been pleasant!
