Currently, my daughter is living at The Edge with roommates. They are liking it. There are a couple of things that I noticed at move-in that I did not like. However, she is the one living there and is happy.

I have lived at the Edge at Troy for two years and am sad that I have to leave. The staff are always super helpful, and administration is very amiable. The value for the cost of rent here is unmatched. The area is, in my experience, very safe. We are down the road from the Police Department, so it's not uncommon to hear sirens, but rarely do they ever end up at this complex (and if they do, it's never for anything serious). Note, of course, that this is a college town, so every year - really every semester, the residents can be different than the previous one. One semester there may be slightly noisier folks, the next it's tranquil, and so on. The 3/3 units are more than sufficiently spacious. My experience at the Edge @ Troy was terrible to say the least. The office staff are very Unfriendly and sometimes rude. The lease agreement is ludicrous, you actually pay for 12 months but only are able to live there for 11 months. There are ridiculous cleaning charges when you move out and god help you if you loose a key. The staff will just barge into your rooms whenever they feel like. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance staff. I 100% do not recommend living here.

The best Apartments in Troy , in my opinion. The staff is great , Ms. Angie is the sweetest lady possible and will help you as much as she can! Really wished I would’ve rented here my first 3 years in troy !

Living in The Edge @ Troy was a great experience and I proudly recommend this student living complex to anyone looking for an apartment to share with fellow students. I came into Troy, AL approximately 2 weeks before the semester began and there were two things that were most important to me, as I was in a time constraint...that it would be in walking distance to campus and that all utilities were included in the rent. These were important to me because at the time, I didn't have a vehicle and convenience was the deciding factor in leasing a room in this sort of apartment. Upon googling apartments with my preferences, three came about. The Grove (The Arch), The Pointe, and of course, Edge @ Troy. I toured all three and to be honest, The Grove (The Arch) stuck out the most. I was actually
