I would like to counter this published untrue report, dedicated by an individual who was not even a Tenant, and even more so destroyed the very place that was occupied by her mother, who was the resident of Troy. I was a tenant . After Rebecca took over as property manager, she not only cleaned out the trash that lived among us, but filled the empty apartments with respectable working families. They have been renovating the area along with making sure all tenants had any problems repaired in a timely fashion. I personally was living there for over 7yrs, so I believe my point is very valid coming from the previous owner who did very little to make sure we were ok in hard times, and even less to his own property to make it marketable for reputable families.
