Absolutely ridiculous management and zero regard for residents. I pay way too much in rent to deal with this kind of treatment. My car was booted right here at my own apartment complex—where I live and pay rent on time every month. Instead of providing any understanding or help, the office brushed it off like it was my fault. For the amount of money this place charges, you’d expect at least basic respect and communication, but apparently, that’s asking too much. The parking situation is a complete scam — they’ll happily take your rent check but then turn around and fine you hundreds of dollars just for parking where you live. The Ivy Row management team has handled parking enforcement in the most unprofessional and frustrating way possible. They announced that parking enforcement would begin but later postponed it due to “insufficient guest parking,” sending out a mass email confirming the delay. Then—without warning—they sent another email at 4:35 PM the same day saying enforcement would actually begin immediately, even though the office closed at 4:00 PM. That meant residents had no possible way to get their decals before booting started. Lived here for 2 years the staff was always friendly and the apartments were well maintained. Great place to live!

Staff is awesome! Alivia is so helpful and always returns my calls promptly. Beautiful new homes with a gorgeous pool. The entertainment center and coffee bar is an added bonus for my daughter who loves coffee and a fun spot to hang out with friends. I highly recommend these town homes for your Troy student!

This is hands down one of the best places to live in Troy for college students. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I actually locked myself out of my room and they were there helping me the second I walked into the office. The rent is super affordable. The work orders are done within a timely manner and they are extremely transparent about how and when things will be done. yes there is a 60 dollar charge for the utility bill through a 3rd party, but it is so worth it to have all your utilities there for you. I can’t say enough good things about this place P.S biggest tip I can give is follow them on social media so you can stay up to date on events.
