DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. We unfortunately didn’t look at reviews when we signed our lease. They are professional scammers who know they have a target. New fresh adults who can sign leases but don’t know exactly what they are getting into. We kept the house very clean, yet when move out time came, they hit us with a $3500 deduction from our security deposit. We looked at other companies and go quotes for a lot dirtier of a place than we left it and it never exceeded $1300. Please reconsider before signing with them. There also is massive communication issues with the landlord. She will bring parties over to tour whenever she pleases with no regard for your privacy. Save your self the hassle and go to a different company/ landlord.

We have had such a good experience renting through Rainbow Works. Our landlord truly cares about both her tenants and her home, and that shows in the way the property is maintained. The house is charming, well-kept, and stands out compared to many others on campus. Their responses are always thoughtful, detailed, and made with our best interest in mind. The Rainbow Works team communicates openly, keeping us updated about upcoming matters just as much as we reach out with questions, and they always fix anything we ask for in a quick and efficient manner. Overall, the team is professional, attentive, and reliable, and we feel fortunate to have had such a positive experience living here.

The house that we rented was large and old. We didn’t expect perfection and it wasn’t perfect, but we made the best of it. For next year, we decided to rent a nicer property in a nicer neighborhood. They decided to take most of the deposit because they could. Taking something that does not belong to you is known as stealing. This is who you are dealing with. The carpet needed cleaning. Fine. Charging us to replace old smoke detectors that we didn’t touch. Charging us to replace a toilet that wasn’t right when we got there. Wrong. Charging $3k for cleaning a house that we cleaned before we left. This is known as theft. Don’t do business with Rainbow Works. There are many better options.

So I lived in one of their houses Junior Year. I would never recommend using this company. Super suspicious. They also took forever on the security despot, and pretty much gave nothing back due to their very very niche cleaning services and lied about hour worked. Never again

Rainbow Works is a fantastic organization. My roommates and I have had an incredible experience renting from them. Serina and her team are exceptional, the quality of the house and service is top notch to say the least. They have made the renting process extremely smooth and provided us with a beautiful home that has been serving us so well. Many of my friends have rented from Serina and Rainbow Works and I have heard nothing but reports of outstanding service. I would highly recommend using this company for anyone in need of housing!
