Queens Ridge Apartments

I scheduled an appointment for touring an apartment I come exactly on my time , but the lady who make our appointment is asking me to come later , I told them I left my job and come for one hour to see the apartment but she refused to go with us . Please kindly act officially when you are working in office dont make appointment if you cant make it

I have been living here for about 9 months and while the a maintenance has been difficult they recently hired Levin a few months ago and he has replaced our toilet which had been barely functional for our 9 months living here. I am EXTREMELY Grateful for the handyman Levin he is extremely experienced, hardworking, and dedicated. It is very rare to find a handyman that knows what he is doing and is so hardworking. I really hope they give Levin a raise and every benefit because of the difference he has made to my experience living in Queens RIdge Apartments. I am sure he could benefit from an assistant. The only reason I took off one star is because upper management is cheap and disapproved my air vent cleaning request, amongst other things in the past, and tries to cut corners. But Levin ha

My wife and I have lived here for about 8 months, and I can't say it's perfect. There is a new property manager Elizabeth who has been absolutely amazing, she really is turning this place around and has been the best part about Queens Ridge. Thank you Elizabeth for turning our not so great experience into a good one. I look forward to all the wonderful changes you have coming our way to make Queens a better place to be!
