Quail Creek Apartments

LOTS and LOTS of smokers. It's hard to use your porch because of the cloud of smoke that permeates thru the entire common area. We moved here because it was cheap, but rent raises every year. I love my apartment but I wish management was better.

Lived here for two years from Aug 16 - Aug 18. Only had a few issues, but took longer than it should to get fixed. Had water leaking from the ceiling for over a month and the hot water couldn't stay hot long enough to get a full shower in before turning freezing cold. Management and maintenance staff at the location were super friendly and helpful, so I think the management company Cherry Hill Properties will be this complexes downfall. Just a heads up, they will steal your security deposit regardless of how clean your place is at move out.

More promises of getting things done by the end of the day and still don't have the house available. The only thing they did or the previous tenant has done: Vacuum, clean looking kitchen (stove doesn't seem cleaned entirely), bathroom. Still waiting for things to be done so that me and my wife can move in. Since I have paid rent and signed the lease I don't have any option but to stay. I am giving 1 star rating because they let us drop off our things before move in date. We looked at the apartment and liked it for the surroundings, we were promised by management that they would clean the house completely, repaint & clean or replace carpet if needed, they also had promised us that they would do pet odor treatment. So, we paid the deposit. Then, they started pestering us to sign the lease as soon as we paid deposit (we should have understood that this is a trap by then). July 29th: Previous tenant vacated house. July 31st: They said Kitchen and bathroom has been cleaned and we can drop off our stuff in the non carpeted area. I lived here for three years from Aug 15 to Jul 18 and didn’t really have many things to complain about for the majority of that time except for a large area of carpet in the hallway not being replaced so that it matched the rest of the unit (as I was “promised” by the staff member I toured and leased from). I didn’t mind it too much, just that it kind of sickened me to walk on it barefoot since it was super old and felt gross lol. I’m sure it’s probably still there. For the most part, I enjoyed living at Quail Creek: location was great, staff was attentive regarding work orders and the grounds were kept up as best they could be.
