Proxi Lawrence Apartments

This apartment sucks. The only good thing about it is how close it is to campus. Parking: I pay 75 dollars a month for the back gate to be open 24/7 and have random people try and park in my spot. Along with that visitor parking is non existent. They tell you to park in the old Dillons parking lot but now it’s closed off. How are 7 visitor spots going to be able to fit all visitors of this massive building. Management: I got a email mid school year and learned about it from my roommate not even the Proxi, then I emailed them saying it was unprofessional and all they said was too far ahead for them to tell me (2 weeks). Then I never got a real professional email stating that she was moving in. They also are just unresponsive and unreliable. Health: It is just DIRTY. College student live

There has been so many issues since i moved in firstly the gate in the back has STILL not been fixed for months. i think it’s ridiculous to be paying $75 a month if things are not working properly. Also i have been needing my amazon package that was delivered on the 30th however nobody is at the front to give me my package. If the office was closed then there should have been an email sent out if they were closed. Overall I am not happy and DO NOT recommend living here at all!!!!

After three years of trying to just make it through, and concentrate on college, it's time to move out and let people know how fast this property appears to be going downhill with the "new" but cheaper management company. 1. Security is a huge concern as the back door lock has never worked so the building is unsecured, and now with the "staff" not being there during posted working hours, the front door are left unlocked as well. Staff advised this makes it easier for deliveries...sure, and for anyone else to enter. Solution: Have staff that work the posted hours. 2. Management can only be contacted through an AI, and if there are questions, a text is sent. It is impossible to ever speak to a person. I have attempted 9 times during a serious issue, and for an urgent maintenance issue. These

I’ve lived in this complex long enough to confidently say: do not waste your money here. First, the building constantly smells terrible. They make residents pay for “valet trash,” which they only pick up once a week, so the hallways reek. Now they’re telling us we have to take out our own trash on the days they don’t pick up (which is every day except one) or we get a $100 fine. If I’m taking out my own trash, why am I paying for valet? Make it make sense. But honestly, the trash situation is the least of the problems. The apartment itself looks nice at first glance, but the furniture they provide is dirty. The amenities are a joke. My daughter has lived here since August and we have had a great experience. I like that they have on-site security too! Super close to campus and very helpful staff.
