Prescott Square Apartments

The worst apartments nothing ever working I told mangement about the condition of my bathroom nothing was done. They never finished renovating in my bedroom and now the wall that they never finish is now getting water damage . there was also some black mold going on

It’s a decent complex. They are old poorly built apartments that definitely need renovations. Gaps between baseboards and walls, old vents, poorly painted. Neighbors are great, only one maintenance guy so expect a wait. The leasing office staff are pretty decent as well. Would recommend for a first timer.

If you have pets this is not the place to be. I have seen residents leave their pets outside and they end up being run over by vehicles on the parking lot or the open road in the middle of the street. Their should be a rule for pets belong safe inside just like children. Nobody don't have the heart to do that in these buildings. Everybody especially the leasing consultants are ignorant and disrespectful. They need to tear these apartments and re build gated complexes and have rule to keep pets safe. I am sick and tried of see animals being run over this is not joke. PETA need to know about this.

Do not stay here!! The owner is extremely disrespectful. The manager Dolly Owens(which is the owner) does not care about your concerns and she said it herself. She stated out of her own mouth that, “she does not know what we want her to do about the problems”. The air conditioning never works. I was told that it was not an emergency since it was not 90 degrees, even with a 1 year old in my apartment. These people are a disgrace! They don’t come out to fix anything. I have squirrels in my walls for over 6 months and nothing has been done. The wash machine and dryer are always broken, and when you report it they ignore you. Please do not risk being stuck in a lease by staying here. BEWARE of this place!

So, I applied for these apartments and I was denied because my credit score wasn't high enough. Meanwhile, I'm low income source, why are you accepting applications from Go section 8 website if you are looking for someone with perfect credit??? The apartments aren't that great for you to be screening like that! If your credit isn't great don't apply, save your $$ for a place that is better and up front about who they want in their properties.
