We recently completed a new construction home loan with PMR. The loan origination process was great, we worked with the branch manager out of Richland, WA. He was helpful and knowledgeable on getting the construction loan started. However, after our new construction was completed the loan process unraveled revealing multiple errors, mishaps, and miscommunication from every single department at PMR and not one person took accountability or apologized for the inconveniences. Firstly, we found that the original loan documents were incorrect and our Construction Reserve amount was listed $15k higher than what it should have been (this is extremely concerning) luckily we came in under budget (unheard of for a new build) and did not use the contingency reserve account.
