I moved in about a year ago and have had problems since day one. The quality of these townhomes are very cheaply made. I’ve seen every kind of pest and insect make its way into the unit. I’ve seen about 3 property managers in the little time I’ve been here but the current manager seems to be trying her best. When I first moved in the property left cement and dangerous construction material around my patio for 3 months before removing it. Not the best property at all.
Wonderful place to live. Even though there is not a pool now, one is coming.
