Prairie View Apartments

They have multiple maintenance issues repeatedly in disabled family member's apartment that remain unaddressed or slowly addeessed. Unable to reach management often. Emergency number is disconnected currently (3/4/26). Have gone through several management companies in the last few years.

Has gone down in the year greatly. Staff is unreachable nearly all the time. The remodel looks good but isn't worth the trouble they have put people through for this.

They try to charge u fees that u dont have so they can get more money out of u. They cant keep a manager.

I’ve been living here for over a year now and a guy upstairs left his water running and it caused water damage and now my sink and under sink smells like a musty mold smell and it’s been like this for 4 months now maintance here is terrible

Zero stars if possible. They seem to never answer their phones and when you go to the office it’s about 25% time they are there. Save your time and money and go somewhere else 0/10
