Scheduling an initial tour was seamless. Lerrina showed me around the property and was very polite, professional and informative. We discussed several units that had just come available and I was able to pick one that was just the right size and price range I was looking for. So I applied the same day and was approved within just a few hours. Within a couple days l received my electronic leasing documents and was able to e-sign everything, which was extremely convenient. I received clear instructions about getting my utilities and renters insurance set up and everything was ready. The whole process took less than a week and I had my new apartment keys in hand. The unit had some recently updated finishes, was freshly cleaned and inspected before move in. I'm excited to take advantage o

This place is beautiful and worth stopping by if you are looking for an apartment. I’ve lived here since Oct so I was able to witness some great views from my home. I would advise investing in your apartment by finding the right furniture - It’s amazing how the quality of life can be influenced by the seasons and a comfortable home (Winter definitely hits differently with a cozy home and a fireplace!☕️☕️) The Property Manager is very professional and provides PHENOMENAL Customer Service. She always goes above and beyond when addressing my issues along with all the other residents that I’ve seen. It’s transparent that she deeply cares about the people living here, the staff and the community. My 5 stars is based on the integrity that I’ve experience with Lerrina; The Property Manager and

Living here was an absolute nightmare. I would give zero stars if I could. The neighbors were unbearably noisy, blasting music and causing constant disturbance. I complained many times, sent multiple emails, and called the office repeatedly — but the management ignored me every single time. No calls returned, no emails answered. It’s like they simply don’t care about their residents. To make matters worse, they straight-up LIED. They promised a $1,000 bonus if I signed the lease by a specific date, but never gave it to me. When I asked about it, they brushed me off and acted like it was nothing. That’s dishonest and unprofessional. And now, I see them commenting under reviews with the same fake line every time: “We’re sorry, please call us to discuss, you are important to us…” Well, I d

We moved from Nebraska to Seattle and lived in the “I” building at Palm Tree Apartments for eight months. After the first five months, we decided to move back to Nebraska, even though we continued paying rent for the apartment while not living there. Why? Our downstairs neighbor created an unbearable living environment: He frequently drank and played loud music until 2:00 AM, making it impossible for us to sleep. On multiple occasions, he blocked our way and verbally harassed us with offensive language, especially after realizing that we had reported his loud music to security. Most weekends, he hosted parties with friends, which included drinking and loud music until late at night. We reported these issues to the leasing office multiple times, providing proof, including videos, and a

Don’t move here. Especially if you have kids, please do not move here. The area is so unsafe. I have been followed home from the bus stop more than once. I have had a knife pulled on me by a homeless person. And just yesterday, my car windows were smashed. This area is so unsafe. If I knew, I never would have moved here. In addition to that, the apartments are generally dirty. There is trash around and nobody picks up their dog poop. My dryer hasn’t worked properly since moving in and maintenance says it’s no big deal. The walls are thin. I can hear a full conversation at normal volume on the other side of the wall if I am quiet.
