Pinnacle Apartments

I am a long standing resident here about 7 years. I don’t like revolving door of property managers they have had through the years. The people there now don’t even know me which is sad since I have been there so long. Not sure if I will renew my lease this year since I will be downgrading from a 3 bdrm to a 1 or 2. Unless I move to a newer apartment with better appliances. The rent going up every year and nothing is changing in the apartment. Still a nice place to live, well my building is anyway. Some are having issues with teenagers knocking on doors. On a good note I love the maintenance staff and my long standing favorite guy , Frank. Give that man a raise for sure. Love the food trucks and monthly activities for the residents too. Still recommend these apartments to live in if you can

My experience at Pinnacle Apartments has been phenomenal! I loved working with Sarah, Brittany, Sharon during my time here. They’ve been very helpful and they always host awesome events! I would definitely come back if I ever get stationed here again. I definitely recommend this place!

The townhome is georgous! All the rooms have ample spacing with up to date cabinetry and appliances. The office staff is friendly and approachable. The maintenance team always responds within 48hours. So far I truly love staying here and in this part of Hampton. It’s close to all malls and stores. I can see my family living here for a while if two improvements are made: 1. Better internet service. They have a contract with Internet Subway which is the worst. You will find yourself paying for a service you dont use and paying for internet with a company you can actually trust to provide you with good internet service. 2. It’s difficult for me and my family getting to and from my car without dodging dog poop.

I had a great experience working with Pinnacle Apartments during my application process. Michael was very responsive, professional, and clear with communication, which made everything smooth and stress free. He kept me informed every step of the way and was quick to answer any questions I had. The process felt straightforward and organized, and I really appreciated the transparency.
