I lived there for two years and it was nothing but problems. I found out from an employee that someone in the office was stealing money orders and my rent payment wasn’t applied to my account. I didn’t know until a court summons showed up on my doorstep with a pay or quit notice. Now they don’t accept money orders and charge $45 to pay online! Sewage was backing up into my bathtub for over a month before they fixed it and roaches never went away no matter what I did to remove them. The office staff were different every time I had to go in for an issue. DO NOT RENT WITH SL Nusbaum Realty Co. they’re greedy corporate clowns 😡

I stayed in building four. Unit was infested with roaches. The women that works in the rental office has attitudes and talk about residents with other residents. The maintenance guy ( African American one) talks about residents as well and display a lot of attitude and anger. I had to throw away ALL of my items in my household due to the roach infestation. They charge you monthly for pest control, but you have to call and make sure they put you on the list. An entire year my family and I had to fight roaches. EVERYONE in my building were complaining about the issue. Never got solved. The plumbing is bad and every other month the tub and sink would back up. WORST apartment complex I’ve ever dealt with. The units are nice on the inside , just have to deal with the infestation of roaches. Se

Building 2 is infested with roaches and i have yet to get my Security deposit back

After living here for year, this has been the worst experience I ever had with an apartment. On the first week renting I spotted a couple of roaches through out the bathroom and living room sections and called maintenance about pest control and was put on the schedule. The man who comes sprays for pest control couldn’t even give me a proper company or name for the people who he was working for and only came once a month, yelling and banging on other tenants door to open up, just to spray for 1minute. After a while the roach infestation was getting out of control, that my family and I went door to door with our neighbours who lived in the same complex along with the one in front of us, they also complained about how roaches were in the wall and property management wouldn’t fix or handle it

Listen I am very picky about the people I choose to deal with and places. The entire experience from beginning to end was a pleasant one. Before I got to Ahnyia the staff was very helpful but when I got to her she was very very knowledgeable and helped me understand things I didn’t understand. She was very professional and patient being that I can barely walk lol. I am truly thankful for her and the staff and I look forward to recommending Ahnyia and the rest of the staff to others because if you not trusting them with your apartment search what are you doing????
