Pineview Apartments

Big time discrimination. First off I can't say everything I'd like to on this review. But they don't return phone calls. My application sat there for weeks. The place is was filthy and overpriced. Then after weeks of messages being left I finally got through to Mary Jo.( Owner) For her to say we don't accept dogs🤔 As stated on the application my dog is a registered NY state therapy dog. She then proceeded to say that didn't matter. Don't waist your time or you money for a application fee. Place is a joke.

Where do I begin. Place has bed bugs, and when staff was informed they refused to do anything about it until I brought a bedbug to the main office, your packages will get stolen, and if you don't like the smell of cigarettes. To bad. The door to my apartment is so flimsy, that if you knock to hard your hand might go through it. When I moved in my closet door was broken and there were birds living in the ac unit, was assured it would be fixed. Never did anything about it. Also if you sign up for direct withdrawal, just know that you can't pay your rent early or else you will get charged twice, and if you're late you will get charged $70 even though right on website it says $25.

Hallways dirty some repairs needed in apartment especially to entrance door also some plumbing issues need better maintenance.

They do not fix anything it takes them three years to fix anything I would not move in here if I did not live here already

Looking forward two bedroom apartment hope and pray that I get one
