Current Resident. The maintenance staff has been incredible with completing work orders quicky,making sure the property is clean and very friendly. The office staff as well has been so kind,and helpful. I love that they have been planning events for the kids who live in the property like the most recent Easter egg hunt,and the Easter Bunny taking photos with the kids. I hope they continue to do so in the future. I know the kids absolutely enjoy it and as a parent I too enjoy being able to participate and watch my daughter have a good time with the staff and other kids.

I had to take the time to give the honor and appreciation of the staff and workers...I've been living here for 4 years with my kids.... And the progression of positivity that the staff brings....I'm soooo proud of the new manager for not only being kind but trying to bring better for our community it's so inspiring and even the receptionist..... It's so uplifting no matter if we have good or bad days they always make things right and make me feel like I can always call this place home....it feels like me and my kids earned a family....I would really like to help bring sponsors and organizations and resources to help the community with the playground and the tenants and give the kids a good example of good leadership....and I also would like for the staff to have yearly award days I will pa

My Property Manager, Wendy, and Sasha are preeminent. They work with you, are great at communicating with you, and are very professional. The office and maintenance do their best to respond quickly to work orders and for any questions or concerns. The PM is impressive and the best I've ever dealt with!!!! I really had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff was very professional and are just great people to take care of my property as a rental. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area. **Smile, It will make someone's day!**

I'll start with the good: the apartments are roomy and have ample storage. Maintenance is ok, I don't really call much to give a decent review on that. Unfortunately that's as good as it gets. The apartments are outdated, the grounds are a mess. the residents don't care. The kids are unsupervised and feral, they are allowed to destroy everything in sight. The bus stop for the kids has been demolished by the kids out here, the playground has been damaged, the kids spray paint on things. You can't trust your neighbors because they will steal your things or destroy the items you've purchased to make your apartment more homey. The walls are so thin that if you have loud neighbors who bang around all night, good luck sleeping! You can smell the marijuana and cooking odors through the wall as we
