If you ever have a horrible neighbor like Valerie Walker, your life here will be a test of your patience. Tho the lease clearly states actions that are unacceptable they will turn the other cheek. Could care less about your safety or comfortability. Manager Tracey literally cursed me out and threatened to evict if I complained anymore. Yet they haven't enforced their lease and corrected the issues. The little secretary Katie threatened to call police if I didn't leave. Mind you I never raised my voice or was rude to the personnel. They're very unprofessional. Don't make this your 1st choice!!!!

To the homies living here .. Delivery is a SERVICE. If you can't afford to tip, you can't affords delivery! Get on the bus and picks it up.

Looks like its going to be a great place to live. The apartment specs are awesome.
