ITI Rental Property

Lived in one of these apartments for a little over a year. Brought up concerns when I moved in and had a list of things i wanted fixed. They agreed by word of mouth to fix these things. Apartment was filthy when i moved in i was promised it would be cleaned before i got there lies. They said they would fix broken things and redo some paint. Was there long time and nothing ever got fixed roof leaked no fixed stairs uneven never fixed holes in wall never fixed. My stove quit and they brought filthy stove with 3 working burners 5 days later. Called left messages never response. Oh yeah and we had bedbugs we'reclean people it was the last straw. I said i want out they wouldn't let me out and kept securit deposit. Said they could do something if i reviewed. Guess what here's your review scumba

Very happy with ITI. Have excellent experience with prompt responses when needed. Like this company so much that currently enjoying my 3rd year as a tenant. Great crew here in Niagara Falls!

Their customer service is amazing, I spoke with a guy named Ian and he showed me a few properties. He was a pleasure. The owner Matthew is easy going understanding and willing to accommodate your needs. I appreciate their services.

Worst Rental company every. They honestly don't even deserve a star. This guy wasted my time for a month. As i drove 3hrs to meet them and 3 hrs back several times. That's 6 hrs and they weren't even processing the paper work. The most sickest part about it is the guy was doing it on purpose. I have no clue i think hes just bored in his life. I'm not even going to get into it. I ended up telling the guy off over the phone. If anyone sees this please do not waste your time with this man and his games. Only good part about them is there prices are cheap but if you can afford to avoid them please do. I am responding to the owner response in this section sense I'm not able to do so in a reply. Iti will do anything to keep your security deposit event though you're entitled to it. The people in the office are condensing and rude. The property's are trashed, and over priced. Any complaints will not be tended to no matter how persistent you are. They are slum lords, if half a star was an option I'd still give them Zero. Ps he bribed tenets to give him good reviews on here so dont believe everything you hear.
