Maureen was a great property manager ! Always responsive and very easy to work with . I had a great experience with her and the company . I lived near the maintenance guys garage so I saw them quite a bit and they were always so Friendly and helpful and fun to see when coming home from work . Very professional and highly recommend. I used to work as a leasing agent and can say all companies are not the greatest but I had zero complaints and am sad to go . Needed to relocate or else that was my little home .
I have been renting from Kenmore Development for a few years and I have had nothing but a great experience with Maureen D. and the maintenance staff. Everyone has always been efficient, but even more importantly, extremely kind. I would recommend renting with Kenmore Development!!
