Niagara Apartments

I have been a resident for over 20 years. The management team ( Mary and Maureen) have been wonderful to work with. They are professional and courteous and they both are an asset to the company. My maintenance request was completed timely and I enjoyed my apartment and the quiet neighborhood. I loved my apartment over the years but I hope they will upgrade them to reflect the contemporary look that will help gain more attraction. I have recommended several applicants to this development during my tenancy and I will continue to do so as long as they keep a high standard of professionalism, quality of service and keeping the tenant's as a priority.

First off,the people we dealt with went above to help this be an easy move.the apartment they showed was better than expected.perfect fit for me and my wife.extremly happy with this apartment

BY FAR the worst group of ppl I’ve ever had the displeasure of working & renting under! Because I’m not a confrontational guy they took full ADVANTAGE of me! I’ve been living here in the Falls Kendev apartments for 3 yrs, the one closest to the airport, the VERY first night me & my girlfriend were bitten up from head to toe by FLEAS! So I contacted the Ken manager rep for those apartments , nice lady by the way, she had them come bomb the apartment. Which they had to bomb 3 TIMES, bc that’s how bad the problem was! The bites subsided but picked back up in a profound way like 8 months later, to where I took it upon myself & bombed 4-5 extra times that costed me like 200$! After that, since the appliances were old they began to break or just stop working. EVEN after all that it got way wor

Recently reported that front entrance door was not shutting and locking properly. It was fixed very fast. I have been at Niagara Apartments for 23 years. KD did not own the property back in 2001. Since KD took over all repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. The entire complex is well kept up.

I lived there for 3 years. My only complaint is my upstairs neighbors. They were loud. Also my downstairs neighbor probably smoked as sometimes it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Kendev on the other hand was really great. Any time something wasn't working someone would be out to fix it in a day. Maureen was the manager at the property and was always very respectful and personable. I definitely recommend this place.
