Excellent housing, management, and maintenance. It was a true joy living at this property and working with Kyle at Perfect Fit Property the past two years. I highly recommend them. Fast and effective maintenance. Kyle is not big corporation. He is friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. We had a few situations where he could have legally rung us for our money, but he did not. The promised common room was pretty much used as a storage for management and was never open. The paint they used to cover nail holes did not match the rest of the house. They ignored important maintenance requests for months including entire strips of floor boards which had come completely out of the floor before we moved in and a huge leak in the ceiling. These never ended up getting them resolved. Lastly, they sold the complex a couple months after moving in with little notice to the tenants. This caused even longer delays in the requests, which still have not been resolved. We have been here since August and moved into a place that was not ready for new tenants.
