Neal is amazing!!! My son moved from Oklahoma to Portsmouth and was scammed on a previous rental (after driving 24 hours. I contacted Neal and he not only gave us priority but found my son a very nice unit within hours. He went above and beyond to help this military family. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and willingness to help us after a horrible experience!!

Florence was prompt in showing me rental properties, great communication and very friendly. She coordinated vendors and Maintenance to complete needed repairs and was always very accommodating with my schedule. This is an AMAZING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY, with EXCELLENT PROPERTY Managers!!

Jeff and Neal have been managing our rental property for the past year and have done an outstanding job! Right from the very beginning of getting our home on the rental market, signing on a tenant, and managing any repairs that come up, they are always there when we need them. I really like how they handle our property like it's there own home and not just another rental property. Their office staff is also very professional and helpful when we call with questions. We have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Patriot Property Management Company, specifically with Neal. Our experience has been constant with poor communication and a lack of professionalism. In 2022, we requested a different manager due to ongoing issues, including delayed responses and failure to upload inspection pictures in a timely manner. Despite our request, no new manager was assigned, leaving us with little options due to living overseas at the time. Upon returning to our property in 2024, we were appalled by its condition. The walls in multiple rooms were damaged beyond normal wear and tear, with gouges, and boogers covering the walls in two bedrooms. Patriot Property Management managed our home for 5 years. They were attentive to our needs as the homeowners and attentive to the tenants needs as well! Neal was quick to respond to any question I had and was very helpful. They are a great property management company! Jeff listed our home for sale right before the pandemic. He got us an offer in no time on our home above what we expected and got the home closed during the pandemic.
