Since the transition to the new management team (Except I think his name is Simron) He is the only agent who is always willing to help out. the level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disregard for tenant well-being has been deeply concerning. For several months, we have reported multiple unresolved maintenance issues. These include a bathroom ceiling leaked, persistent standing water in front of the apartment that's full of insects and mosquitos. Despite numerous maintenance requests, these matters remain unaddressed. Additionally, I submitted a high-priority request regarding our oven light which turns on by itself and poses a serious safety hazard. We started the process in early January, and moved in Jan 31st and absolutely LOVEEEE our new place! Big shoutout to Simeon and Farm, they helped consistently throughout our process 🥹 & we are blessed to say Parker Landing is our home. If you want a safe area to live, that’s around a good area in Renton, easy access to I-5, this the spot to check out!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others so they don’t go through what I did. Parker Landing in Renton completely wasted my time and put me in an incredibly stressful position. I was approved for a 2x2 unit and was given move-in paperwork — not once, but multiple times — while my move-in date was delayed three separate times. Each delay came with reassurances that the unit would be ready. After weeks of waiting, planning, and trusting their word, I was suddenly told that maintenance would not be making the 2x2 available at all. No accountability. No urgency. Just a last-minute switch. Instead, they tried to push a 2x1 unit, and yes — they sent move-in paperwork for that as well. Then I was informed that even that unit had a flea problem. A contractor was reportedl

I had a great experience working with Farm and Simeon. They were responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Every question I had was answered clearly and without any hassle. Truly a great team and a pleasure to work with.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this apartment. My main door lock has been broken — it doesn’t open or lock properly and takes several tries each time. There’s also a burning smell coming from the heater, and none of the bathtub stoppers work. I reported these issues to management about 20 days ago and even visited the leasing office 2–3 times in person, explaining that I have a baby at home, and these are basic safety and living necessities. Still, nothing has been fixed. It’s very frustrating to see such a lack of response, especially when these are safety-related issues. I really hope management takes this seriously and resolves it soon — no family should have to wait this long for essential maintenance.
