Park West Townhomes

Parkwest Townhomes are lovely homes with upgraded home features, spacious floorplans, and no shortage of storage in the homes. Each home has an attached 2 car garage. The neighborhood is clean and friendly, and is easy access to shopping in west Lawrence, as well as public amenities like Clinton Lake State Park and the Rock Chalk Park rec center. The pricing is reasonable, and the management is outstanding! The office staff is professional and personable. The apartments are also pet friendly, which is a bonus in this college town.

I did not end up getting a townhome here due to lack of availability, but Kymbre was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of getting on a waitlist. She is very well informed and kept me updated all the time. She even reached out to me to ask if I had any questions when I was taking awhile to fill out the application. Kymbre genuinely cares about her clients and I would recommend Park West based solely on the great experience I had with her.

The office staff is amazing. They are all extremely friendly. Maintenance is always extremely helpful and fast. They reach out with questions and to keep me updated!

Recently had multiple small Issues and Kent Garren came and took care of everything quickly and professionally. Kent kept in touch me throughout the entire process and made me feel very much at ease. Thanks for the help Kent!!! Appreciate you sir
