I want to express my sincere gratitude with the apartment management here at Park Place. Where do I begin. I needed to find a place for myself and Family of six. We looked a few different places but Park Place really stood out for us. It’s super quiet, clean, townhouse looked amazing everything updated. Maria and Stephanie are so helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home. I can confidently say that it has been a remarkable experience due to the exceptional management from the first day of moving in, the staff welcomed us with open arms and made every effort to ensure a smooth transition into my new home. I’ve lived here almost 2 years and the previous and current management have been absolutely incredible! Any maintenance requests have been resolved so quickly! For example, recent air conditioner upgrades installed by an external company ended up disabling the cooling function with a faulty/reversed connection in the unit. Once I realized the next morning that the AC wasn’t cooling and just blowing air, Park Place management had their maintenance team over in 2 hours and they were able to resolve the issue in 30 minutes! (They also informed me that if my issue would have taken longer, they have portable AC’s on standby for emergencies since this desert does get hot) Overall cleanliness and upkeep of this property is excellent and I feel it’s a very safe and quiet place to live.

I want to thank Stephanie with the move-in process it was incredibly smooth and stress-free, from the initial tour to the final walkthrough. The staff was responsive and helpful, the apartment was clean and well-maintained these few things exceeded my expectations!

Beautiful townhomes and grounds in West Lancaster. SO excited to move in and get to meet my neighbors. Seems very quiet and has wonderful green beltways. The leasing team was friendly, thorough, and took care of all needed items in my application process. Thank you so much Stephanie B!! Cant wait to move into my new home. :D

The move in experience was outstanding. My fiance and I were looking around for a townhome where we could have a fresh start. Other places took up to 2 months just in the application process alone. Cristina and Stephanie were able to communicate quickly and get us approved just over night. The area is so quiet and perfect, management is amazing and the things theyre able to do for us with maintenance is incredible! We can't wait to fully move in!
