Park 25 Apartments

Just wanted to say thanks to the management team, Tara and Christine, for always being kind and attentive and to Brock, the maintenance man, for taking care of my apt as issues arise. Definitely one of the most passively obnoxious places I've lived in. The management is snooty and rude, sends far too many passive aggressive emails to the community, amenities close seemingly at random, landscaping comes once a week even in winter and when unnecessary, and it feels like somebody is barging into our apartment once a week to perform some menial task. If you're asleep when they come knocking, they'll just enter your apartment with a key without your permission! The actual complex is nice enough, fairly quiet, good access to most of town, the apartments themselves are decently kept. They will increase your rent when it comes time to renew, though, which is pretty cruel especially with the financial issues of today.

I've been a Park 25 resident 3+ years now. Every year there has been park improvements - tree trimming, gazebo installed (2), pool resurfaced, patio door upgraded to an efficiency door (no more drafts), roofs resurfaced, a kids play area installed, new entrance flooring and buildings being repainted this year to name a few. My work orders and questions to office staff have been addressed quickly and efficiently. Security services have been changed for the better I feel. My overall experience has been great! The location is centralized so I feel I'm close enough to shopping, campus, my grandkids schools and sports activities.

I want to say how appreciative I am of the staff of Park 25. The maintenance man is very knowledgeable, very responsive, and friendly any time I see him interact with tenants. The front office staff are awesome. They’ve been responsive quickly, and very welcoming when I stop by the office to discuss anything. Probably the best staff during my time with the property. I have seen good things transpiring with this property and the staff are a part of that.

The apartments are good, neat and big with included water. All the buildings in these apartments are located in well-lit accessible by streets place. I feel very safe around here. The courtyard facing apartments offer a great view of the facilities. I like how beautiful it gets here in summer. Attaching some photos from the spring arrival here..!
