Horrible types or people live in this building they will steal your packages and park in YOUR spot. The "secure front door has been tampered with several times so it doesn't close unless you literally MAN slam it shut, at this point I have to go around and kick the security doors shut or homeless people will wander in and sleep in our (barely functioning) laundry room. Building has roaches, for 1300 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment in this condition is ridiculous

I currently live here and if the rent wasn’t so cheap and I wasn’t locked in a year lease, I’d move. The land lord doesn’t fix anything. We have a broken screen door, broken dish washer, a stove that is wobbly and uneven and dials that you can’t hardly see, the shower knob is too loose and you get ice cold or scalding hot water or tepid for an in between. There are no side lights at the back entrance and it’s very dangerous and people have fallen because of it. I’m not asking for a five star apt, but wish they’d fix these things.

Sinks, toilets and showers are of poor quality, and my door won't shut unless it's locked. Great heating, however.

I wouldn’t move here unless you are used to living in 3rd world conditions….building has roaches , mold and more
