I love this kit cedar home! From the planning to delivery and follow up, I would not do anything different. We were able to sit down and customize a floor plan to exactly what we wanted. At no time did we feel rushed. With opting to be the general contractor for this build and save some money, they helped with pointers and sharing key steps I needed to get done and follow up on. For the package, I bought right before covid and it sat for an addtioanl year before delivery. Other than a few things I opted to purchase myself, everything came in two truck loads. There were a few bad pieces of lumber (like 2) that they quickly reimbursed me for, but it did sit for a year all wrapped up in preparation for a delivery.
