The experience of getting our new place at Overlook Townhomes, has been beyond amazing! Erica was the best person we have ever worked with, a total Rockstar! She made the process flawless, and made sure every detail was absolutely perfect. When we received our keys, the unit was flawless, clean, beautiful, and place we are proud to call home. My husband and I recently toured a 2 bedroom unit and loved it! The community is very peaceful and clean, all the neighbors we came across were very friendly and kind. The grounds are well kept. The unit itself was a great space, very homey with lots of storage space. We really liked the open floor plan and that there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The garage is large enough for two cars plus a lot of storage. We love that there’s also an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the wildlife. The property manager Erica was also very friendly and accommodating. She was kind enough to meet us at 5 pm on a Saturday. Erica truly seems like someone who wants tenants to love where they live, prioritizes safety and privacy, and genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable in the comm

She listens and always responds promptly to any concerns or issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable neighborhood to call home.

Erica Struck was very knowledgeable and passionate as a property manager when giving me and my family a tour of the property! You can tell she really cares and loves her job! These five-star reviews are misleading. I have resided here for two years and can attest that everyone I know in this community shares a negative view of the management. Since moving in, I have yet to receive a cabinet front for my kitchen cabinet. Contacting Erika is entirely unproductive; while she may respond to an email, she will not follow up after that. Moreover, she has a pattern of scheduling appointments and then failing to show up, demonstrating a blatant disregard for tenants' time. In my professional experience, she ranks as one of the most incompetent individuals I've encountered.
