A wonderful management and maintenance team. Lori and Melissa are the best. They've helped me countless times. Most of my maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours; their maintenance department is efficient and prompt. Some even on the same day. I've been here for about three years. They definitely keep the grounds clean; they have someone who picks up the trash every day and they mow the lawn at least once a week. And what initially attracted me to this complex is that it's always well-lit, and you feel safe going to your car or checking your mail at night. Overall, the complex is very quiet. A great place to live; I love it here. Thank you!

I just moved into these apartments and when I tell you the management is so good they are sending me new toilets new appliances new everything all I had to do was ask no questions no photos is needed whatever I ask for I got it these are the best apartments I've ever moved in. I'm

Speaking on my friend’s behalf. She has reported several times about her not having hot water in her apartment for several days with this winter. and having issues with super high electric bills due to a wired issues in her apartment. My friend already hired an electrician from her own pocket to see if she could fix the issue but fixing the problem will cost her a lot of money when she is not the person responsible for this. She was offered an onsite transfer but was told that the day she was getting the key for new unit she needed to turn in the old apartment key. That is ridiculous insane!! Who will moved out in hours?? With this weather?? Manager answering reviews on her own convenient?? Incredible ridiculous!! Please DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE IN PEACE!!

Every Great company deserves a Great Review! My family and I have entered into our second year here! We were treated with the utmost respect and care from the moment of introduction. The office staff is always very polite and Imelda has always showed nothing less! They are very professional! Prompt and courteous return of phone calls and emails! I have spoken to several tenants and they all love it here! The units are nice and homey! Outside is always clean, the areas are well lit at night. Convenient parking, sparkling pool, easy coded access to the mail room and laundry facilities! It is very easy to submit a maintenance report and if in early in the day, they are coming the same day!!!
