Novi Ridge Apartments & Townhomes

Haven’t moved in yet but excited to and have to say for the area, the price really isn’t so bad. And the move in fees are insanely better than what you’ll see at something like the Edge at Novi. I just want to make a note to everyone looking to move here: please don’t trust what’s on the listings. They’ll say things like in-unit washer and dryer but according to management, the apartments in fact don’t have washer in dryer in unit- those would be the townhomes. It’s also very hard to schedule a tour of an apartment for some reason. The virtual tours are also not labeled correctly. The Oxford virtual tour is for a 2 bed 1 bath NOT 2 bed 2 bath (which of course is obvious in the tour but still, keep it in mind) Again, not huge issues but it seems like a lot of the info on the listings out

disgusting place to live. We subleased an apartment and asked for inspection because we saw lot of damages but nobody showed up. After the lease is over they charged us 1500$ for the damages which aren’t done by us. And when we questioned them about the amount they told there are lot of damages in the house. Those people are too lazy to fix the issues it takes forever for them to fix it. They don’t show up, never respond to a problem. People working in that particular leasing office are good while signing the lease only and throw too much amount without acknowledging the fact that they didn’t fix the damage earlier. I highly recommend people not to choose this disgusting community!

Best place to live but poor management. Management doesn’t care about emails, reporting issues, you gotta keep waiting for months and months still, nobody shows up. Nancy in the leasing office is very mean doesn’t care for your complaints. It’s been more than 6 months we have complained about our sink tap, bathroom flush button and door lock nobody fixed it till date. Also bills are so high. Disgusting!! Never living here again and I highly recommend people to choose rather good place to live.

I have not moved in yet, but the process has been very smooth and all my questions (even ummm obvious ones) have been answered very quickly. Thanks, Lindsay, and everyone at Novi Ridge Townhouses for an excellent job.

Excellent community. I’ve lived here a while. Very safe. The one lady at the office jean is very professional and transparent. Very pet friendly and they have a pool. Pretty good mix of people. Ignore the negative Nancy’s give this place a tour. Ask for jean not the other lady.
