Northwind Forest Apartments

Andrea and Chad are literally so great. They are truly making a difference at the apartments and care about the tenants. They go above and beyond every single time!

Me and my wife previously lived there and it was nice but since it’s under new management we’re moving back. The new property manager Andrea was super helpful and supportive throughout the whole moving process. She even gave us some candy during our application lol.

I just wanted to say that Andrea our new manager is truly amazing. She truly cares about her residents. Her and Chad the maintence man and Tim are all doing a great job with renovations and making this place a great home! It is a safe and quiet neighborhood! We love calling Northwind home!

I have lived in Northwind Forest Apartments for two years, and will be moving out soon due to a job transfer. These apartments are very spacious and the neighborhood is generally very quiet, with some nice side streets to take a walk outside. The maintenance staff is very responsive and I have found the management staff to be punctual and friendly as well. My only minor complaint is the smoke smell in the hallways, especially in winter. There was also a basketball court outside when I first moved in, which I enjoyed, but they later took down :( Overall it was a great two years living here :)

I have called Northwind Forest my home for 6 years. In all that time never had to wait more than a day for general repairs or complaints to be resolved. My appliances are in top working order and the staff is always there when I need anything . Maintenance is top notch, office personnel can figure out everything and without exception possess a good disposition. Another plus are the doggy runs and wooded area used by my terrier Tosk' for walks. I have neighbors I like and it's fun for me as an older lady to live with such a diversity of friends here. Other singles and I sometimes gather for chats and those with children bring life and activity to our community. Can't beat that!
