After reading the reviews I was a little worried about renting here. However, I had the complete opposite experience with the staff (and application process). The office manager has always been respectful and professional in our interactions. The application process didn't take long at all and I heard back about my approval the same day. I have not had any experience with maintenance yet. As for the apartment itself, it's really nice and has all the kitchen appliances. There is a hookup for a washer and dryer in the bathroom, too. It was easy to obtain wifi service with Xfinity because it's already set up, you just have to create an account and scan a QR code.

Literally impossible to get anyone on the phone, called multiple times a day, sent emails and no response. ** Update: Stopped in the other day, to ask about the application/background check that was pending. Lady at the desk, Stated she didn’t remember me, acted like I was a problem and had no idea what I was talking about even though that Monday prior I filled out the application, and provided them with my DL number and SSN… very sketchy..

Don’t waste your time with this place. They do not communicate with you and pretty much ghost you. Then if you show up randomly asking for an update you will get heavily disrespected by the woman in the office.
